Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience creating talent pipelines across functions & levels.
• Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proven ability to identify, engage and deliver high-caliber talent.
• Knowledge of ATS and search management systems.
• Excellent interviewing skills and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver exceptional professional and executive-level candidates for J&J’s talent priorities globally.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and pipelines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition team to understand priorities.
• Leverage digital talent development, data, and technology to attract talent.
• Interview and assess candidates, present qualified shortlists.
• Develop digital outreach campaigns (social, email, etc.).
• Collaborate with Talent Insights to enhance outcomes with market data.
