Sauce is seeking a People & Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across the organization and to drive a growing People Operations function. The role is hands-on, partnering with executive stakeholders in the US and Israel, reporting to Head of People, with a schedule aligned to US Eastern time.

Based in South America or Mexico, the candidate will operate in a distributed, remote environment. You will source, screen, offer, and manage onboarding and lifecycle administration.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with demonstrated ownership of searches from intake to close.
• Experience building pipelines using outbound strategies and AI-enabled tools.
• Hands-on People Operations experience including onboarding, lifecycle administration and employee experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to interact with senior stakeholders across time zones.

Aufgaben

• Own full-cycle recruitment across the organization, from intake to offer.
• Sourcing via outbound campaigns, talent mapping, referrals, and market research across US, LATAM, Europe, Israel and Asia.
• Use AI tooling for resume screening, transcripts, and ATS communications; build custom workflows.
• Partner with department heads and executives; manage external search partners when used.
• Handle Offers, contracts and cross-border compensation coordination with Finance.
• Oversee onboarding, moves, promotions and offboarding; administer HRIS and ATS.
