Influx is seeking a passionate Recruiter based in Colombia to join our global Talent Acquisition team. You’ll own the recruitment process from sourcing to coordinating interviews and delivering a high-quality candidate experience, working with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify top talent.

Formación

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Organized with attention to detail and able to multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Screen applications and identify high-potential candidates for further assessment.
• Conduct first-round interviews to evaluate candidate fit, communication skills, and overall potential.
• Administer and evaluate written assessments according to our hiring standards.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep applicants informed with timely updates, including providing professional closure to unsuccessful candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, interview notes, and candidate tracking within internal systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience.
• Support our Apprenticeship Programs and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
• Contribute to broader HR projects and recruitment activities when needed.
