• Oversee day-to-day TA operations and ensure compliant recruiting workflows.
• Partner with TA leadership and HR to align operations with business goals.
• Develop and track recruiting metrics and dashboards for decision-making.
• Lead TA technologies (ATS/HRIS) to ensure data integrity and adoption.
