Medtronic is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to support 12 Operating Units across Cardiovascular, Neuroscience, Medical Surgical portfolios, and the Global Commercial Operations. You will drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and expense analysis to enable best-in-class FP&A support.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, standardized reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a flexible Bogotá work model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Four years of FP&A experience providing financial planning, forecasting, and expense reporting support.
• FP&A experience is advantageous.
• Expertise in leveraging systems and data for insightful analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of GAAP and Medtronic accounting policies.
• Ability to standardize work processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with Medtronic financial systems (SAP, OneStream).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to complete standard and repetitive tasks efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales Organizations with financial planning, forecasting, and expense reporting.
• Manage all forecast and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions.
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting and journal entry templates; provide ad hoc analysis as needed.
• Create and sustain standardized reporting and analytics to streamline processes across all Operating Units.
• Oversee FP&A activities for centrally managed costs (e.g., auto reimbursement, Presidents Club, credentialing, property taxes).
• Administer all aspects of cost centers, including structure, ownership, and allocations.
• Partner with Systems team to optimize tools and reporting capabilities.
• Utilize data and insights to drive ongoing process improvements.
