Kaplan Languages Group (KLG) is seeking a proactive Recruitment Support professional to drive Latin America student recruitment. You will coordinate bookings, manage agent relations, and support regional managers while leveraging Salesforce CRM to track referrals and inquiries.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with 2–5 years of experience in education recruitment. You will meet KPIs, handle multitasking, and contribute to regional growth from Bogotá, Colombia.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in administrative processes and maintain policies, referrals, payments, and databases.
• Handle requests from Account and Regional managers.
• Systematically manage agent bookings via phone and email in Spanish and English.
• Build and maintain relationships with agents and our customer services team.
• Utilize Salesforce and internal systems to manage bookings and referrals.
• Address challenges, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to line managers.
• Support the Account and Regional Manager for the region.
• Meet KPIs and drive sales targets through pipeline management.
• Prepare quotes and develop relationships with new and existing partners.
