Movate is seeking a Manager within Professional Services to lead a team of delivery engineers and consultants delivering large-scale security solutions to enterprise customers. You will ensure high-quality delivery, optimize utilization and bill-rate targets, and scale offerings regionally and globally.

You will partner with clients, shape proposals, drive resource planning, and manage the delivery lifecycle while mentoring team members and fostering growth.

Formación

• 8+ years in professional services/consulting, with 3+ years in team leadership delivering security/networking services.
• Strong hands-on background with cloud-delivered security services (firewall, SWG, SSE, etc.).
• Proven track record managing large-scale deployments globally or across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor and scale a team of delivery consultants/engineers focused on engagements (design, deploy, migrate, optimize).
• Ensure consistent and predictable delivery of services.
• Partner with client to align scope, pricing, timeline and resources; input into proposals and managed services as required.
• Drive resource planning, staffing, utilization metrics, revenue forecasting, backlog management.
