Visa is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale programs within Commercial Solutions. The role sits in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and requires driving execution across product, engineering, operations, and cybersecurity to ensure on-time delivery of high-impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on project execution with strong governance, reporting, and risk management, applying Agile or hybrid delivery models as needed to meet business

Formación

• 5+ years PM experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD, or 8+ years total.
• Experience in program or project management within technology or product environments.
• Strong English communication for executive-level interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate large-scale programs with interdependent initiatives.
• Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Client Services.
• Manage cross-program dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
• Provide executive-level reporting on risks, decisions, and status.
• Ensure readiness for milestones, releases, and deliverables.
• Drive execution frameworks (Agile or hybrid).
