INGEPSY is seeking a capable Sales Operations Specialist to drive execution and support across BPO teams and global vendor networks. This role operates under the direct instruction, authorization, and supervision of the internal Alibaba manager to ensure accurate execution of strategic directives within outsourced operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales operations, incl. 3+ years overseeing BPO/vendor networks.
• Fluency in English, Chinese and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support BPO partner operations and onboarding tracking under manager instructions.
• Draft docs, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within contract/SLA frameworks.
• Monitor compliance, escalation of risks, disputes, or anomalies.
• Support global sales strategy deployment and GTM task translation for BPO teams.
• Execute recruitment workflows based on approved headcount plans and ensure final manager confirmation.
• Organize and track training sessions per standardized curriculum.
• Collect and report feedback data for management review.
• Maintain and validate sales data within KPI frameworks and ensure timely reporting.

Conocimientos

English, Chinese and Spanish fluency
