SET Europa is seeking an execution- and support-oriented sales operations professional to drive BPO vendor management and global sales enablement. The role reports to internal Alibaba management, coordinating with outsourced teams to execute strategic directives with precision and governance.

Responsibilities include vendor screening, onboarding tracking, documentation, compliance monitoring, and performance reporting, with focus on regional GTM translation and recruitment workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations, including 3+ years managing BPO or third-party vendors globally.
• Fluency in English, Chinese and Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• BPO partner operations support and governance under Alibaba manager.
• Screen vendors, onboarding tracking per instructions.
• Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and manage archiving within pre-approved contract and SLA frameworks.
• Monitor BPO compliance execution daily/weekly and escalate risks, disputes, or anomalies.
• Execute dispute resolution protocols only when explicitly authorized.
• Support Global Sales Strategy Implementation & Team Development.
• Translate predefined regional GTM strategies into actionable tasks for BPO teams.
• Execute recruitment workflows (job postings, interview scheduling, candidate evaluation reporting) based on approved headcount plans.
• Ensure all hiring decisions receive final confirmation from the internal manager.
• Organize and track training sessions based on standardized curriculum.
• Collect and report feedback data for managerial review.
• Performance Data Monitoring & Reporting Support.
• Maintain and validate sales data within defined KPI frameworks.
• Ensure accuracy and timely reporting.

ROLE

This is an execution and support-oriented role. All activities must be conducted under the direct instruction, authorization, and supervision of the internal Alibaba manager. The primary function is to ensure accurate and efficient execution of strategic directives within outsourced (BPO) teams.

Requirements
