Atoms in Bogota is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team. You will schedule interviews across multiple time zones, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a smooth, data-driven interview process.

You’ll maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse and GoodTime, identify process improvements, and help build training materials to raise our recruiting operations to the next level. This role is based in our Bogota office and is expected to work onsite five days a week.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
• Proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, GoodTime, or similar scheduling platforms (preferred).
• A collaborative, service-minded attitude — you love helping others succeed.
• Learning and adapting — you’re eager to grow your knowledge of recruiting tools, systems, and best practices.
• Comfort working with data and systems — you're able to spot inconsistencies, troubleshoot workflow issues, and suggest process fixes.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule interviews with our global team across multiple time zones with precision.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a seamless interview experience.
• Maintain data accuracy and organization across our recruiting tools — Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve our recruiting operations and hiring processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
• Help build and facilitate interview training and calibration processes.
• Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and playbooks for recruiting processes to ensure consistency across the team.
• Partner with People/HR Ops on cross-functional projects, such as onboarding handoffs or systems audits.
