Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights to join the GLOBAL COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision makers.

You will harmonize ERP/P2P data, automate dashboards, and quantify EBITDA savings while ensuring alignment with business unit budgets.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
• Direct experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP/P2P sources into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track core KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and FP&A against budgets.
