Qualificações

• Excellent communicator with business English; other languages are an advantage.
• Organized, detailed and methodical in your approach.
• IT literate, comfortable using a variety of systems.
• Able to work to tight deadlines in changing environments.
• Numerate and able to assimilate data and produce meaningful information.
• Experience in managing and developing a digital asset library.

Responsabilidades

• Be the advocate for the POS library.
• Provide adhoc support to users and come up with effective solutions.
• Manage the POS library, uploading and cataloguing in a clear concise manner.
• Manage the process for identifying and receiving relevant library content and ensuring assets are recorded and stored.
• Manage the user database, ensuring compliance with ISR requirements.
• Provide training, coaching and assistance to users with varied IT skills.
• Act as a troubleshooter and maintain the library error log.
• Liaise with end users, informing them when content is in place.
• Deliver monthly and adhoc reports to local, regional and global teams as needed.
• Document, update and manage the user guides and other key system procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the system at all times.
