Gallagher seeks a Placement & Support Specialist to help manage insurance and reinsurance placement activities, handling data, contracts, and operational processes that deliver exceptional client service. You will work with colleagues across countries, strengthening analytical, organizational, and professional skills while contributing to compliant and timely placement workflows.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage and review large volumes of information across systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

Gather, review, and organize information from internal systems for onboarding.
Conduct administrative due diligence and ensure data accuracy.
Review market and carrier information for compliance with policies and requirements.
Collaborate with Compliance and Sanctions teams for screening and approvals.
Monitor placement and marketing documentation for timely reviews and approvals.
Prepare reports and analyses to support reinsurance placements and decisions.
Maintain electronic files per GEM standards and procedures.
Collaborate with broking and operations to finalize policy documentation.
Review contracts and ensure accurate entry into workflows.
Interpret contracts and verify billing details.
Create accounting and placement records in internal systems.
Prepare cover notes, debit notes, and closing instructions.
Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders.
