Johnson & Johnson Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Senior Payroll Automation Analyst to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of automation solutions across payroll operations. The role partners Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to implement scalable processes using Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in payroll operations or automation, deep knowledge of payroll rules, and experience with global payrolls and ERP systems like SAP/Workday/ADP.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, payroll technology, or automation roles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, including taxes, filings, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, Power BI; experience with SAP/Workday/ADP.
• Experience with global payroll operations and SOX controls.
• Experience integrating payroll data with finance systems (GL, reporting).

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, design, and delivery of payroll automation solutions across platforms (Alteryx, UiPath, Azure, Power BI).
• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across payroll processes.
• Gather requirements from Payroll, HR, Tax, and Finance stakeholders.
• Design scalable automation solutions and ensure robust error handling and audit trails.
• Coordinate end-to-end deployment, testing, and production support.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for payroll reconciliation, headcount, cost, and KPIs.
