The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration across Payroll and cross-functional teams. It may involve up to 5% travel and requires strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and tight deadlines.
• Experience in fast-paced, agile environments with shifting priorities.
• Healthcare/Global shared services background is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as first point of contact for escalated payroll inquiries from employees and contractors.
• Identify trends and collaborate with teams to improve payroll information availability.
• Audit calls, chats and web cases for adherence to procedures and quality.
• Provide feedback to agents for development.
• Partner with Payroll Manager and cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain and deliver proficient SLAs and contribute to testing and knowledge base updates.
