Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations.
• Minimum 3 years in a Management/People Leader role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, and remittances.
• Mentor and coach Payroll Analysts and junior team members.
