Genius Sports seeks a Colombia-based payroll specialist to join our Finance team. You will own end-to-end payroll processing for Colombia, ensuring 100% accuracy and collaborating with People Ops and external providers to deliver timely payroll and benefits.

You will manage payroll data in Workday, support SOX/compliance, and drive improvements across payroll governance, year-end procedures, and system integrations.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of payroll processes and optimisation.
• Experience with external payroll providers and Employer of Records.
• Qualified Accountant with experience in global business environments.
• Experience with ISO, Internal Audit requirements, SOX controls or similar.
• CIPP qualification and membership desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of payroll within Colombia.
• Review processed payroll for corrections.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and reporting requirements.
• Handle holiday, absence, PILON and sick pay calculations where required.
• Overseeing tax-related payroll returns.
• Participating in system improvements.
• Work with tax team on year-end procedures.
• Maintain internal controls and audit compliance.
• Manage pension, health care and other payroll-related enrolments.
• Ensure HRIS Workday changes reflect accurately in payroll system.
• Provide guidance on pay reviews and benchmarking.
• Support on global mobility activities and payroll transitions between locations.
