Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Procurement Operations Analyst in Bogota, Colombia to support Regional Service Delivery by executing Source-to-Pay services for business users and suppliers. The role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and compliance with regional rules.

The Analyst collaborates with requestors, suppliers, category teams, Finance, AP, master data, Technology, and other functions.

Qualifications

Typically 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, shared services, supply chain, or related operations.
Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-service, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with structured workflows, multiple priorities, service levels, and changing business needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard collaboration tools.
English fluency preferred; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Process assigned Procurement Operations requests accurately within defined service levels and regional rules.
Support requisition and purchase-order creation, buying-channel guidance, supplier onboarding, catalog support, and invoice resolution.
Validate request completeness, coding, approvals, supplier information, and policy alignment before routing work.
Respond to users and suppliers with clear guidance and timely follow-up; document status and resolution.
Investigate routine workflow or system issues and coordinate cross-functional support as needed.
Monitor queues, aging, data quality, and service commitments; escalate complex matters with a concise fact base.
Prepare routine operational reports and identify trends and gaps for service improvement.
Follow procurement policy, governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in process mapping, root-cause analysis, testing, training, and continuous improvement.
Build knowledge of procurement processes, geographies, buying channels, and supplier needs.
