IOM - UN Migration in Bogotá is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to lead procurement and logistics operations for the country office. You will coordinate planning, budgeting, sourcing, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to beneficiaries.

The role requires experience in procurement, vendor management, and team supervision, with fluency in English and Spanish. The position involves collaborating with HQ and regional offices to implement UN SCM policies.

• Experience in managing procurement and logistics operations.
• Vendor management and supplier performance evaluation.
• Training and supervising SCM staff.
• Familiarity with Oracle and ERP systems.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders in UN context.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to strategic planning for CO SCM activities.
• Conduct logistics capacity assessment and market research.
• Coordinate and monitor SCM tasks including planning, budgeting, and provisioning of goods/services.
• Manage procurement, warehouse, transport, fleet, and facilities.
• Provide training and guidance to SCM staff and ensure compliance.
