DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá seeks an Expert - OMS to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments from diverse origins to worldwide destinations, managing orders, suppliers and carriers, and ensuring accurate invoicing in line with SOPs.

The role requires 2+ years in international commerce or logistics, strong MS Excel and MS Office skills, and fluent English (B2). You will monitor SOP compliance, track orders and maintain carrier relations with autonomy.

Formación

• Two years in international commerce, logistics or transportation.
• Experience coordinating outbound and/or inbound operations.
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Fluent English – B2 level (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Audit system for data accuracy and completeness based on bookings, receiving and on-hand reports.
• Coordinate bookings based on documentation, reporting and contracts.
• Relay carrier issues to the customer promptly.
• Track open orders and monitor systems visibility.
• Monitor SOP compliance and reporting.
