DHL Global Forwarding in Bogotá is seeking an Associate (OFR) to manage daily data entry and maintain maritime logistics documents. You will ensure accuracy and timeliness while complying with diverse country customs policies and internal SOPs.

You will maintain communication with business partners across regions, verify documents, and report/process any abnormalities promptly. The role emphasizes initiative, responsibility, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Technical degree or above.
• Willing to work shifts.
• Familiar with CW1 system preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Customer service orientation and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of System data entry and daily maintenance of maritime logistics documents.
• Comply with the customs policies of various countries and the internal standard operating procedures.
• Be responsible for maintaining daily contact and communication with BPs in different countries and regions.
• Verification and organization of customs declaration documents and transportation documents.
• When any abnormal situation in the process operation is discovered, report it in a timely manner and handle it.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Leaders.
