Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and vendor master data operations, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Manage team performance, workflows, and operational metrics to meet service levels and business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with Master Data Operations goals.
• Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, guiding and resolving data-related issues.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and data quality.
• Lead regional or global initiatives including process harmonization, metrics tracking, and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and data readiness.
• Leverage analytics and BI tools to support decision-making and performance management.
• Communicate complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
