Adidas Colombia in Bogota seeks a Manager Master Data – Digital Partner Excellence to lead data governance and master data initiatives for NAM Wholesale. You will coordinate with global and local teams to ensure accurate product data across partner websites and ecommerce platforms.

Role requires strong SQL, Power BI, English proficiency, and a proven ability to drive automation and data quality improvements within a fast-growing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead data governance and master data initiatives across NAM and local teams.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPAs or AI to improve speed and accuracy.
• Lead business improvements and cross-team alignment to scale the complex NAM business.
• Establish KPIs to track online data quality and drive concrete action plans.
• Track article catalogue plans and partner requirements for NAM accounts.
• Maintain and optimize product data across vendor platforms and ensure data accuracy.
• Own the setup and enrichment processes for new items for adidas digital partners.
• Coordinate article setup with key account stakeholders and ensure reporting.
• Align product data to adidas NAM ecosystem and communicate localization needs.
• Lead campaign processes by aligning launch dates and content.
• Consolidate data across internal/external databases for a comprehensive attribute matrix.
• Log content issues with MOPS teams and push data improvements.
• Align with stakeholders on data enhancements for search and onsite navigation.
