AppGate Cybersecurity, Inc. is seeking a driven Marketing Specialist to support global marketing operations and campaign execution.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong growth potential, who enjoys working with marketing technology, data and cross-functional teams. You’ll help build and optimize campaigns using Salesforce and Account Engagement (Pardot), while supporting translation and localization efforts to ensure consistency across our global content strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and marketing automation workflows.
• Ability to build, test and optimize email campaigns, landing pages and forms.
• Experience tracking campaign performance and reporting metrics.
• Experience coordinating translation/localization for marketing content.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and manage email campaigns, landing pages, forms and automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Support end-to-end campaign execution across channels (email, webinars, paid programs).
• Ensure campaigns are tagged, tracked and integrated with Salesforce CRM for attribution and reporting.
• Manage campaign calendars and coordinate asset delivery with stakeholders and vendors.
• QA campaigns before launch (links, routing, segmentation, mobile rendering).
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
• Maintain data hygiene across marketing databases (imports, deduplication, segmentation).
• Support lead scoring and nurture program maintenance to improve lead quality and handoff.
• Coordinate translation/localization of content across global footprint and manage tracker for versions and approvals.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, Content, Design and Sales teams to support integrated campaigns.
• Document processes and contribute to a library of templates and naming conventions.
• Identify workflow gaps and propose improvements.
