Traffic Tech seeks a Dispatcher / Carrier Sales Rep in Bogotá to grow carrier relationships and secure freight coverage. You will source carriers, negotiate rates, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate has advanced English, experience in logistics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer‑facing, sales‑driven mindset. A college degree is preferred, and outbound calls are a routine part of the role.

Formación

• Advanced English level required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven and relationship-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain carrier relationships through proactive outreach by phone and email.
• Secure coverage for customer freight by sourcing carriers using data tools.
• Negotiate rates and discuss capacity with carriers for spot and contracted freight.
• Optimize rates for profitability and maximize load volume.
• Monitor market trends to stay competitive.
• Maintain clear communication with carrier dispatch and drivers throughout shipment lifecycle.
• Ensure internal systems are updated with real-time shipment statuses.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to deliver seamless service.
