Clio in Bogotá is seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT squad. You will provide world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, manage onboarding, and maintain access to systems and applications across macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints.

You will work with Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace, document troubleshooting steps, and assist with hardware inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth workplace experience for 2500+ users.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Extensive Okta experience beyond basic user management.
• Experience handling inbound tickets from submission to resolution.
• Knowledge of macOS, iOS and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and related SaaS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class IT support to Clio employees globally, handling tickets from submission to resolution.
• Document troubleshooting steps in detail and communicate solutions clearly.
• Support onboarding, manage access to systems and applications.
• Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
• Configure and support macOS, iOS, and Windows endpoints; manage Okta workflows.
