Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a senior Finance leader to own the Global Invoice to Cash agenda. This role will build and lead a worldwide team, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and cash collection across regions.

Based in Bogotá, Colombia, the candidate will partner with Global Services and regional stakeholders to standardize processes, improve KPI performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting transactions during the planned separation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global Finance organizations.
• Strong understanding of Invoice to Cash processes and shared services.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency, cost optimization and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global Invoice to Cash for Johnson & Johnson companies.
• Lead a customer-focused Global Invoice to Cash organization and culture.
• Ensure service delivery commitments and customer satisfaction meet SLAs.
• Drive compliance with statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements and support audits.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive continuous improvement and standardization.
