Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• CPA or CMA qualification preferred; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience.
• At least 5 years of people-leadership experience; proven team development.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own controllership of actuals and reporting under US GAAP.
• Lead end-to-end close governance and close sign-off.
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for leadership.
• Partner with Global Services Finance across A2R and transformation matters.
• Drive risk management, governance, and process improvements.
