Scotia GBS, a Scotiabank Group company in Bogota, Colombia, is seeking an Analyst for GWO Invoice Processing to support end-to-end invoice review and processing across multiple entities. You will ensure accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating with global teams in Toronto, London, and Colombia.

Ideal candidates will bring 2–4 years in Accounts Payable, strong communication, and keen attention to detail, with experience in PRC, PeopleSoft AP, and Excel.

Formación

• 2–4 years of Accounts Payable or finance operations experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with PRC, PeopleSoft AP, SmartBuy, or similar financial systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate invoices against contracts and service agreements.
• Prepare and submit invoices via PRC, SmartBuy, ServiceNow, and PeopleSoft AP.
• Ensure accurate coding (GL, BU, project codes, transit accounts).
• Maintain and update invoice trackers and depository details.
• Monitor invoice status and payment cycles, escalate issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal partners across GWO, Securities Settlements, London Operations, and Colombia.
• Support audit readiness, SLA updates, and quality assurance routines.
• Ensure compliance with invoice SOPs and monthly cut‑off deadlines.
