Job summary

Genius Sports seeks a Head of Transactional Processing to lead global transactional finance teams, overseeing AR, AP and payroll. The role reports to the SVP Controllership and centers on driving efficiency, standardizing processes, and aligning with financial controls and governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in transactional processing, strong leadership across multi-national teams, and expertise with ERP systems including Workday finance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transactional teams in industry
• Experience transforming transactional teams across multi-service line organizations
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with commercial teams
• Advanced knowledge of best practices in transactional processing
• Experience in a US-listed environment and SOX controls

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR, AP and payroll teams.
• Develop and implement efficient transactional workflows.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closes.
• Drive process improvements and automation with IT.
• Maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
