Brandtech+ is seeking an Operations Director to drive the strategic evolution of operational excellence across regional and global scopes. You will integrate data, technology, AI and automation to improve productivity, profitability and service delivery while leading a global operations team and reporting to senior leadership.

As part of the Central Global Operations structure, you will influence the operating model, standardize practices, and align regional initiatives with enterprise goals.

• Proven leadership of high-performance teams (global scope).
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities (global vs regional).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across regions and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead global capacity and resource management strategy.
• Embed data-driven, AI-enabled approaches into capacity planning.
• Partner with Technology, Talent, Finance and Delivery leadership.
• Provide C‑Suite visibility on priorities, progress and risk.
• Shape regional operations strategy and drive cross-regional alignment.
