Formación

• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology consulting, IT leadership, or enterprise program management.
• Experience managing large, globally distributed managed services portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Managed Services team across time zones ensuring 24/7/365 delivery.
• Own the financial health of the MS function, tracking margin and utilization.
• Establish governance for onboarding, incident management and continuous improvement.
• Sponsor high-value MS client relationships and ensure delivery against scope.
