Huge is seeking an operational Vice President of Global Managed Services to lead a large, globally distributed team. You will own the MS function, align clients with delivery excellence, and steer 24/7 operations across time zones, ensuring profitable, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes extending CMS platforms with AI and GenAI to automate workflows, improve uptime, and deliver measurable business outcomes for major clients.

Formación

• 15+ years of leadership in technology consulting, IT leadership, or enterprise program management.
• Global-scale operations experience managing multi-region teams.
• Own portfolio margin/P&L for managed services or retainer business.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI for automating workflows.
• Deep AEM and CMS expertise with enterprise content platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global managed services program management and operational excellence.
• Own financial health, margin, and utilization across the MS portfolio.
• Establish governance frameworks for onboarding, incidents, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with clients to maximize investments and drive modernization.
• Drive AI-enabled delivery and platform extensions for clients.
