Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience or education in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field.
• Strong advanced English communication is required.
• Knowledge of international freight documentation is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CargoWise or E-Manifest is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Express Rail Service (ERS) requests, carrier communications, QC checks, billing, and costing.
• Support Canadian freight operations by preparing and reviewing manifests, invoices, pre-alerts, and other documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in CargoWise.
• Update auto-costing databases with carrier rates and transportation zones.
• Track ocean import shipments and coordinate warehouse notifications.
• Assist with cost tracking, remittances, and billing activities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide support with shipment diversions and operational requirements.
