Traffic Tech in Bogotá seeks an Invoicing Representative to join our Finance team, supporting accurate invoicing in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

You will prepare customer invoices, validate supplier bills, and work with carriers to ensure timely, compliant documentation.

This hands-on role offers exposure to bills of lading, proof of delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration across global teams, with room to learn and grow. Excellent growth opportunities ahead.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in invoicing, accounting, logistics, or administrative support
• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
• Validate supplier invoices and maintain shipment information
• Review shipping and financial documents, including Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, customs documentation, and supporting records
• Organize and upload documentation into internal systems
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to obtain the information needed to complete the invoicing process
• Maintain complete and accurate shipment records
