Traffic Tech is seeking a Global Forwarding Operations Agent in Bogotá, Colombia. The role involves supporting international freight activities, managing shipment data in CargoWise, preparing manifests and invoices, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate, timely documentation.

The candidate should have 6 months to 1 year in logistics or related fields, strong English, and proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or related field (6 months to 1 year)
• Strong English communication skills (advanced)
• Knowledge of international freight documentation is a strong asset
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with CargoWise or E-Manifest is highly valued
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage Express Rail Service (ERS) requests, carrier communications, QC checks, billing, and costing
• Support Canadian freight operations by preparing and reviewing manifests, invoices, pre-alerts, and other documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in CargoWise
• Update auto-costing databases with carrier rates and transportation zones
• Track ocean import shipments and coordinate warehouse notifications
• Assist with cost tracking, remittances, and billing activities
• Monitor KPIs and provide support with shipment diversions and operational requirements
