Formación

• Experience with customs clearance, brokerage, international trade, or logistics.
• Knowledge of HS codes / tariff classification.
• Familiarity with import and transportation documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and grow.

Responsabilidades

• Support the customs release and compliance process for import shipments.
• Review commercial invoices and transportation documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Process customs entries accurately and within established timelines.
• Support HS classification / tariff coding.
• Work with air, ocean, and ground transportation documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to resolve documentation or customs-related issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment and customs information in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with established customs procedures and requirements.

• Knowledge of HS codes / tariff classification
• Familiarity with import and transportation documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced English, both written and spoken
• A proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn and grow

Nice to Have

• Experience with CargoWise
• Experience with CSS (Customs Software Solutions)
