Job summary

Save the Children International seeks a Specialist, Employee Relations to lead complex investigations, provide expert ER guidance to senior leaders, and drive improvements across global ER processes. The role supports leaders and HR teams with evidence-based recommendations and risk management throughout the investigation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading and managing complex employee relations investigations including grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Proven ability to provide strategic ER advice to senior leaders and managers on high-risk cases.
• Experience conducting investigations and producing high-quality investigation reports with clear findings and recommendations.
• Ability to identify, assess and manage risks across ER processes while maintaining procedural fairness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage investigations and resolution of ER cases ensuring fair and timely outcomes.
• Provide expert guidance on ER matters to leaders and HR teams across SCI.
• Identify lessons learned and develop evidence-based recommendations to address root causes.
• Partner with HR teams to build capability in Employee Relations and case management.
• Drive continuous improvement of ER processes, tools, and frameworks.
