Johnson & Johnson seeks a Manager, Digital Product Manager in Bogotá to lead the delivery of digital product capabilities powering the Global Services Interaction Model. You will translate partner needs into prioritized roadmaps, epics, and releases while collaborating with design, technology, analytics, and service delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-impact solutions.

Formación

5+ years of experience in product management or related field.
Experience supporting enterprise digital products such as ServiceNow and Genesys.
Ability to translate business and customer needs into prioritized requirements and roadmaps.
Experience with backlog prioritization, release planning, and value measurement.
Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Genesys.

Responsabilidades

Own day-to-day business product ownership for defined capabilities.
Translate strategy into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Maintain product backlog with prioritization based on value and risk.
Coordinate product activities across discovery, design, development, testing, and release readiness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure usable and scalable product capabilities.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and partners.
