The role translates product strategy into prioritized requirements, roadmaps, and adoption plans, collaborating with design, technology, analytics, and service delivery teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Experience Design, or a related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, digital platforms, service technology, business analysis, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting or managing enterprise digital products such as ServiceNow, Genesys, CRM, employee service, or digital workplace solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Genesys.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day business product ownership of assigned GS Interaction Model capabilities and product features.
• Translate strategy and roadmap into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Maintain a healthy product backlog and support prioritization based on business value, customer need, risk, dependencies, and delivery capacity.
• Coordinate product activities across discovery, design, development, testing, release readiness, launch, and post-release optimization.
• Build relationships with GS functional partners, service delivery teams, HR, Finance, Procurement, and employee representatives.
• Represent the voice of business partners and customers in product ceremonies and delivery decisions.
• Develop clear business requirements and validate solution options with design and technology teams.
• Monitor product performance and establish feedback loops to drive improvements.
