Johnson & Johnson in Bogotá, Colombia, is seeking a Digital Business Solutions Lead to translate business needs into well-documented product requirements and configurations, while supporting release readiness and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Business Product Owners, apply low-code/no-code configuration, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure successful delivery of GS Interaction Model products.

Formación

• Translate defined business and user needs into product requirements and configuration changes.
• Support discovery and agile ceremonies with Business Product Owners.
• Provide test scenarios, release-readiness activities, and measurable improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned Business Product Owners in maintaining objectives, roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, and documentation.
• Gather and document business, partner, and user needs from workshops, interviews, data and insights.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Enable business configuration through low-code/no-code tools and governance.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, planning, reviews, testing, and release readiness.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
