Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Business Solutions Lead in Bogotá to support day-to-day advancement and operation of digital products that enable customer and employee interactions across Global Services.

You will translate business and user needs into well-documented product requirements, configuration changes, and test scenarios, while coordinating with architecture, security, and governance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product support, business analysis, product operations, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience configuring business-managed capabilities using low-code or no-code platforms.
• Experience supporting digital products or platforms in a business product, business analysis, or delivery capacity.
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Support assigned Business Product Owners in maintaining objectives, roadmaps, priorities, backlogs, release plans, and product documentation.
• Gather, synthesize, and document business, partner, and user needs through workshops and interviews.
• Translate needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Prepare materials and analysis enabling informed scope and delivery decisions.
• Coordinate readiness activities across communications, training, knowledge, and process domains.
