Reporting to the Senior Digital Product Manager, this individual will manage a defined portfolio of digital product capabilities that support scalable, cross-functional service management and customer interactions.This role provides day-to-day business product management for a subset of digital products that power the GS Interaction Model, including ServiceNow, Genesys, and associated capabilities. The Manager will translate product strategy and partner needs into prioritized requirements, roadmaps, releases, adoption plans, and measurable outcomes.Working across business, design, technology, analytics, and service delivery teams, the Manager will help ensure product capabilities are usable, scalable, and aligned with Interaction Model priorities.
