Job summary

TP is seeking a Data Product Owner to take end-to-end ownership of a data product, define its value, and drive adoption across client nations.

You will lead country roll-outs from design to go-live, coordinate data modellers, engineers and regional teams, and translate business needs into clear requirements and an actionable backlog.

Fluent English is required, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus; GDPR/EU AI Act knowledge helps govern data access and contracts.

Qualifications

• Background in CS/Engineering/Data Analytics; advanced degree valued; product or PM certs advantageous; DAMA CDMP a plus
• 6+ years in data, BI, or digital product ownership or delivery, including 3+ years leading multi-stakeholder data or analytics projects end to end
• Working knowledge of data products, data mesh and bronze-silver-gold architecture, data contracts and SLAs
• SQL and familiarity with a Lakehouse platform (Databricks) and BI tools (Power BI) to challenge delivery and estimates
• Working knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act, and experience where data access is contractually constrained
• Experience delivering data/analytics products across multiple countries or client accounts, ideally including AI use-case products

Responsibilities

• Own the data product end-to-end: why it exists, who uses it, its value, adoption and data trust
• Lead country/client roll-outs from design to go-live
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and a prioritized backlog
• Coordinate with data modellers, developers and stewards, data engineers and regional teams
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks and capacity across teams
• Report progress to TP leadership and ensure data rights for sources and clients
