CI&T is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead end-to-end data products for major clients from ideation to deployment, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

You will oversee data governance, analytics and AI initiatives, mentor a cross-functional team, and translate metrics into business insights for marketing and product optimization. You’ll manage the tracking strategy for a major Mexican e-commerce platform.

Formación

• Excellent level of English (C1 or above)
• Experience with international clients
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience with data platforms (Databricks or Snowflake)
• Strong strategic thinking and product mindset
• Experience with value-based prioritization
• Proven team leadership with a hands-on approach

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality data products
• Define roadmaps, prioritize tasks, and communicate data value to stakeholders
• Translate data requirements into actionable insights and visualizations
• Monitor product performance with KPIs and data-driven metrics
• Oversee data governance, architecture, and AI-enhanced workflows
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs
