FedEx Express Latin America and Caribbean Division in Medellín seeks a Customs Agent to process and coordinate import/export transactions and ensure compliant clearance. You will prepare master air waybills, manifests, and declarations, interfacing with customs officials and customers to clarify duties and taxes.

Strong organization and communication are essential. Requires a High School Degree or equivalent, and 2–4 years in international freight or customs.

Formación

• High School Degree/Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Two to four years of international freight/cargo customs experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English preferred and knowledge of customs procedures helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Performs advanced processing and coordination of customs clearance for import/export and transshipments.
• Prepares necessary customs forms and related paperwork for timely clearance.
• Coordinates with customs officials and informs customers about duties and taxes.
• Maintains organized customs documentation and data accuracy.
• Supports airport baggage and station duties as needed.
