Generation seeks a Design Manager to plan and map curricula, develop planning materials, and oversee external contractors for session plans and resources. The role is remote for a 3-month fixed-term, with preference for candidates in Delhi, Mexico City, or Nairobi, and collaboration with a Global C&I Lead.

You will design high-level curriculum plans, gather stakeholder input, and manage progress and communication across internal and external partners to deliver quality learning experiences

Formación

• 3+ years curriculum development experience for adult audiences.
• Experience managing curriculum development projects.
• Knowledge of adult learning best practices and online/blended learning.

Responsabilidades

• Design and write curriculum assets and manage external contractors.
• Create learning experiences in virtual settings, including LMS.
• Develop project plans for new or revised curricula with senior leads.
• Track progress and manage stakeholder communications to project completion.
• Support instructor onboarding courses and LMS customization as needed.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders to meet deliverables.
