You will work closely with cross-functional teams and have full ownership throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of design experience and a strong background in B2B design. This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in EMEA/LATAM.

This role offers the opportunity to drive the design of impactful, end-to-end digital experiences across multiple platforms in a fast-growing, global SaaS environment. You will deeply analyze customer and business problems to create elegant, user-centered solutions, taking full ownership from ideation through design QA and post-release. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and fellow designers, you will shape design systems, define acceptance criteria, and strategically connect high-level product concepts to actionable solutions. Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across web and mobile platforms, including employee portals, employer portals, and admin dashboards
• Analyze user and business needs to identify pain points and design impactful, elegant solutions
• Present design work clearly and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Define acceptance criteria, design logic, and maintain ownership throughout the product lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design solutions
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products
• Balance strategic thinking and detailed execution to solve complex design challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app platforms
• Strong B2B design experience with demonstrated UX and UI expertise
• Proficiency in design systems and component-based design
• Ability to prioritize depth versus execution, knowing when to go deep on tasks and when to move fast
• Comfortable embedded in development teams with light product management oversight
• Fast learner, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be based in EMEA or LATAM time zones
• Passionate about user-centered design and delivering solutions that impact global users
• Nice to have: higher education in design or related fields
