Job summary

Generation UK & Ireland is seeking a Design Manager for a 3-month fixed-term, remote role with interviews planned mid-late May and a June 2026 start. The role supports Global Curriculum & Instruction initiatives and partners with regional teams to shape learning offerings.

You will design curriculum assets, manage external contractors, and ensure timely delivery of online and in-person learning materials while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years curriculum development experience for adult audiences.
• 1-2 years experience managing curriculum development projects.
• Knowledge of best practices and current trends in adult learning and online/blended learning.
• Fluent English required; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and write, or manage external contractors in the writing of curriculum assets such as session guides, assessments, labs, and activities for online and in-person settings.
• Create learning experiences in virtual settings, including an LMS.
• Co-develop project plans for new or revised curricula with Global C&I Lead(s).
• Participate in curriculum team projects to improve development processes.
• Design and write, or manage external contractors for online instructor onboarding courses.
• Independently track and report progress according to plan.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and vendors to ensure project completion.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and respond to requests.
